About Me

Anne Simpson

I am a Kent-based Homoeopath and Healer who also facilitates meditation courses. I have practiced meditation for over twenty years and healing for over ten. My commitment to empowering individuals to heal themselves underpins both my healing practice and my meditation teaching. I believe that meditation - combined with sensible eating, exercise routines and a positive attitude to life – can boost and support well-being to create harmony, and so remove the common causes of imbalance. I have seen dramatic results from the regular practice of meditation for myself and for my clients.

I came to healing after a varied career in event management, sales, executive assistance, research and writing, and teaching riding to the disabled. Committed to healing on all levels, I understand how the demands of juggling modern living and following a spiritual path impacts us, and have witnessed the power of meditation to facilitate better decision making and time management by providing the opportunity to connect with the intuitive self. It is a very powerful tool to enhance clarity, confidence and consideration of self and others, while reducing anxiety and agitation and building self-esteem.

Common to all religions and spiritual practices, meditation is a universal means of stilling the mind and becoming centred and grounded. Although my meditation courses do not follow any particular spiritual or religious path, they resonate harmoniously with Eastern and Western traditions as well as with New Age thinking.

I am a registered Homoeopath and Healer and hold a degree in South Asian studies focusing on the Indian sub-continent and its spiritual practices. I have also completed Reiki I and II.
