About Me

I am a classical homœopath, yoga teacher, and a dedicated practitioner of holistic wellbeing. I offer an individualised approach designed to empower you in your health and wellbeing.

I found homœopathy after the birth of my first child. I had suffered debilitating migraines for nearly a decade. I took strong medication which blocked the pain for a short period, but it always returned, as did the migraines without improvement. When I was pregnant and breastfeeding I was told that I could no longer take the medications. The migraines were unbearable, I could be in bed for up to five days every month. Homœopathy was recommended to me as it is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. I have never looked back and I have never taken the strong medication since. Homœopathy has helped to drastically reduce the pain and helped me identify and heal my causes of migraine.

Homœopathy is a complementary health system which has been used globally for hundreds of years. It is a safe and effective medicine for all ages, from in utero to adult. I am Registered with the Society of Homeopaths and I am excited to be able to offer homœopathy as a mode of healing.

I teach accessible yoga to all abilities, pre- and post- natal women, those with disabilities and baby yoga and massage. My classes are for all bodies, regardless of ability, and are creatively themed and intelligently sequenced with precise teaching. I incorporate breath work, or pranayama, to support the meditative flow of the practice, and invite students into meditation.

My own yoga journey began more than a decade ago and I have maintained a regular practice. Yoga has made a real difference to my overall wellbeing and has been a constant that I can always turn to. I became a yoga teacher to make a tangible difference to people’s lives. I continue to study the traditional yoga teachings as well as modern anatomy and physiology.
